March is an interesting month in Jordan and it has been so also to all of us in CAFRAJ.

The final contract with UBIFRANCE has been finalized after negotiations of the fine details of the contract.

On Thursday 29th, CAFRAJ, launched its "Meet the Expert" program for 2012 under the patronage of H.E. Madame Corinne BREUZE.(Read more about it in News & Events)

Spring started on the 21st of March which in our part of the world, is the day when we celebrate "Mother's Day".

The business sector that concerns us more than the sentimental value of this important day, reported excellent sales figures.

Flower shops announced that their sales on 21st of March 2012 have reached record sales this year exceeding by far their sales on "Valentine's Day" last month.

The sales of luxury items were also very high, to those who could afford offering gold, perfumes & other luxury items. Sales of electrical home appliances also reached record figures this year mainly due to the many special offers launched in the market on that special occasion.

Summer time began on Thursday the 29th, by today you would have advanced your watches by sixty minutes if you are living in Jordan.

Don't forget the April 1st, it is not a national day, but it is widely recognized and celebrated as a day when many people play all kinds of good humoured practical jokes of varying sophistication on friends, family members and work associates.
